A single note was heard, loud and metallic.
"Sounds like a church bell..."
I looked around, hoping to notice something that had escaped me previously, but the surroundings remained the same. Nothing but trees.
The supposed bell rang again, and again, up to a total of five times. The odd thing was, I couldn't tell where the sound was coming from. It seemed to originate directly above me.
Then, to my surprise, three women walked out of  the trees in a straight line. They were wearing what looked like a white sheet, almost like the ancient Romans, tied around their waste and over the right shoulder. In this setting they looked as if they were brought out of some ancient painting, like they were ancient goddesses. I was mesmerized by their beauty, and even though I only fancied brunettes, I found myself staring at those three read-headed beauties, with long straight hair.
Their dresses, if that's what they were, ended close to their knees, showing off their beautiful legs and feet, which were bare, fact that didn't seem to bother them.
They crossed the platform and entered the first car.
I stood outside in a daze for about another minute before the train whistle startled me.
As I got back on board and sat in my seat, the train restarted it's journey and mine.
It was only then that I realised I hadn't seen their faces. The way they wore their hair blocked every single detail, when viewed from the side.
And for once I stopped thinking, got up and started walking towards the front end of my car.
